French in London

We are now offering French classes at our Fulham centre.  Maybe you are looking for a beginner’s class or perhaps you want to rekindle the French learnt earlier in life? Whatever the reason, we can offer you a tailor made course. 

From January 2010 we will offer two new 6 week courses running on Thursdays:  7 January to 11 February 2010

• Beginners’ Course: Thursdays 10.30 – 12.00
• Intermediate Course: Thursdays 13.00 – 14.30
• Total cost for each course £120

6-Week Beginners’ Course : Allons-y!

Thursdays 10.30 – 12.00  7 January to 11 February 2010

This course will offer practice across the four skills of listening, reading, writing and speaking – concentrating primarily on speaking and listening.  The emphasis is on practical, useful sessions enabling the student to feel more equipped and confident when travelling in France.

6-Week Intermediate Course : Continuons Tout Droit!

Thursdays 13.00 – 14.30  7 January to 11 February 2010

This course is extension of the first course but is also suitable for those who have done some French and want to rekindle their knowledge.  It will be a functional course concentrating on equipping the learner with the language and structures necessary to feel confident when travelling in a French speaking country, whether for pleasure or for business.  As well as plenty of speaking and listening activities, we will also be reading authentic texts for specific information and doing some simple written work.

Alternatively, you may wish to work towards an exam, or simply come for an hour’s conversation, or perhaps you would like to form your own group with some friends. Additionally, we can provide Business French for specific purposes.  We aim to be as flexible as possible.  Classes are available to small groups or one-to-one.  Feel free to come and discuss your requirements.
